New York AEYC 2027 Annual Conference

Presenter RFP Now Open!

We’re excited to announce that the Request for Proposals (RFP) for the 2027 NYAEYC Annual Conference is now open and will remain available through October 15, 2026.

Read through ALL instructions below; there are multiple steps to the submission process.

Step 1: Aspire Trainer Profile

  • Ensure you and any co-presenters/panel members have an active Aspire Trainer Profile.
  • Instructions for creating a profile can be found [HERE].
  • You must submit education verification to activate your profile before proceeding to Step 2.

Step 2: Submit Your Course Proposal in Aspire

  • Enter your course (workshop proposal) into Aspire no later than September 15, 2026.
  • Submit your course through the Aspire Event Approval Process. Instructions are available [HERE].
  • When entering your course, select “NYAEYC 2027 Conference Proposal” in the “Applies Towards” section.
  • Be sure to:
  • Align with the updated Core Body of Knowledge.
  • Meet the minimum time requirements for each Core Competency Area covered in the content.
  • Watch your email for course approval before moving to Step 3.

Step 3: Complete the NYAEYC 2027 Presenter RFP

  • This step must be completed by October 15, 2026.
  • Access the RFP form [HERE].

You’ll need the following information to complete the RFP:

  • Approved Aspire Course ID
  • Presenter Information
  • Aspire Profile ID
  • NAEYC Member number and expiration date (if applicable)
  • Co-Presenter/Panel Information
  • Name, Email, Cell Phone, Title, Agency, City/State
  • Aspire Profile ID
  • NYS T-TAP Status
  • Presentation Details
  • Tip: Consider using AI tools to brainstorm and refine your workshop title and description. AI can help generate creative, engaging language while keeping your voice and expertise central.
  • Review the supporting text under each question for guidance.
  • Presentation Handouts
  • Save as PDF
  • Combine all handouts into one PDF file

Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with your submission details.  

Acceptance notifications will be sent on or before December 18, 2026.
